French Bulldog's Pitiful Reaction to Dad Going Into Coffee Shop Without Him Is Priceless

The pup was crying actual tears!

Some dogs are known for being a tad overdramatic, but Cheeseburger the French Bulldog takes it to a whole new level. The poor pup shed actual tears when his dad went into a coffee shop without him, and TikTok is having a field day over it. Clearly, his mom did, too!

She posted her pup's hilarious reaction in a video on their TikTok account, @dorhor, where it's already garnered over 200 thousand views. Who knew one dramatic reaction would make him a star?

Poor Cheeseburger! Even though he's clearly with loved ones in the car, he just wants his daddy back. It's so sad but so cute!

"'Hey Google, play In the Arms of the Angels,'" wrote @dasupaman17. LMAO! That might just be the saddest song in the world thanks to those heartbreaking commercials, but at least we could get one laugh out of it, right? Even if Cheeseburger isn't laughing at all...

"Dad BETTER be bringing a pup cup or I'm not sure this is forgivable," said @lovesallthedogs. You've got that right! Amends must be made after a tragedy like this, especially since the poor pup cried literal tears.

Well--kind of! The American Kennel Club explains that, although dogs don't produce tears in response to emotion, they do in response to other triggers. Allergies, eye irritations, and blocked tear ducts are just a few of the common reasons behind watery eyes in dogs.

Don't get us wrong, though--we know Cheeseburger missed his dad while he was getting coffee!
