That pink Markarian dress. Those silver Giuseppe Zanotti platforms. The Simone Rocha hair clip!
We're going to be honest here, the majority of this week's red carpet looks have been a bit humdrum. Maybe it was because of mercury in retrograde (which is finally over, thank God), or the summer lull. But in the words of the great André Leon Talley, "My eyes are starving for beauty!" Thankfully, we've been fed with a top-notch fashion look from Beanie Feldstein, who attended the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's 2019 Annual Grants Banquet on Wednesday night. I mean, how freakin' cute is she?!
Styled by Erin Walsh, the "Booksmart" star wore a pink Markarian dress — custom-designed by Alexandra O'Neill — and a pair of silver Giuseppe Zanotti platforms. (She even toted around a Mark Cross clutch in bright pink, as well.) It's an A-plus color combination, if you ask us, and we wouldn't be surprised if our sartorial subconscious suddenly starts leaning towards all things pink.
To keep up with Feldstein's romantic look, her hair and makeup were just as delightful. Hairstylist Bobby Eliot took inspiration from "Bond Girl" Ursula Andress with a high half-updo and soft waves, accessorized with a matching pink and sparkly crystal hair clip from Simone Rocha. Makeup artist Krin Bhatty doubled down on the color palette, too, with pretty pink eye shadows and a subtle cat eye, along with a high-glossy lip (in pink) to finish it off.
More fashion from Beanie, please! We need it.
