Meet the four women changing the world

Let's be real: Every day should be International Women's Day. That's why we're highlighting four ChangeMAKERS who raise their voices and fight for women all day, all year round.

Melinda Gates, Co-Founder of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is raising women out of poverty through providing access to healthcare, education and financial tools. Humanitarian Zainab Salbi, founder of Women for Women International, is helping empower women survivors of war. Former first lady Michelle Obama uses her platform to support girls' education. Girls Who Code founder Reshma Saujani, is pushing to close the gender gap in tech. Together, these leaders give women a platform to share their stories, advocate for girls to realize their potential and believe real change starts with empowering women around the world. "You lift a woman up, she lifts up a family and that lifts up a community," Gates told MAKERS.
