Set in a newly built 13-story building in Beverly Hills, the recently unveiled Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is the brand’s first North American stand-alone residential project. Its 59 bespoke residences include a spectacular 13,000-square-foot penthouse — with a 6,000-square-foot rooftop terrace that boasts a swimming pool, two reflecting pools, and panoramic 180-degree views.

Interiors by celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard were inspired by the great furniture designers of the 1950s and '60s and blend luxury mid-century and modern California aesthetics.

Residences average more than 2,400 square feet, all with professional-grade gourmet kitchens, built-in cabinetry, and integrated appliances by Gaggenau. Ensuite bathrooms were built with high-quality materials, showcasing signature Four Seasons details that include a deep soaking tub, separate glass-walled showers, and marble-clad dual vanities.
