Phillips went for a soft moment with the eyes to pair with her dazzling archival Givenchy Couture dress. "I wanted to keep the eyes very light and innocent-looking so I just dusted the lightest color from La Palette Nude across the eye," the celebrity makeup artist informed Cosmo.

FYI: This is Kenny's favorite mascara! And it's less than $20! NBD!! Phillips wanted to give her the "long fanned out lash look" so she coated the star's lashes in the Voluminous Panorama Mascara.
