Fortnite's Tilted Towers Location Has Returned

Tilted Towers, Fortnite's famed location that first appeared in the second season of the game, has officially returned.

The Epic Games title has brought back the high-rising cityscape in an updated format that includes slight cosmetic changes, though the location still includes the legendary clock tower, restaurants and other nostalgic components.

Prior to the beginning of Chapter 3, the Fortnite map was covered in ice, though there had been speculation that Tilted Towers would make a return. The location arrived as part of V19.10 update on January 18, the same day that Tilted Towers first landed in the game in 2018.

Over the past several years, Fortnite has introduced several iterations of the iconic location, including the cyberpunk Neo Tilted, Tilted Town based on Gotham City, and Salty Towers; however, the original location has not been accessible for the past two years.

Elsewhere in the latest update, Epic Games has added an all-new, monstrous creature called a Klombo that features a new method of maneuvering the map. “Ascend their tails to get to the blowhole on their heads, then get launched a great distance upwards to escape a tricky situation,” Epic wrote in a blog post. Additionally, the gamer added a new item — a colorful berry — that is needed to feed and lure the monsters around the game.

In case you missed it, KAWS has launched a solo exhibiton titled "NEW FICTION" via Serpentine Galleries and Fortnite.
