Former Green Bay Packers coach lists five-bedroom Suamico house for $899,900

SUAMICO – Former Green Bay Packers defensive line coach Jerry Montgomery listed his house at 2911 Moose Creek Trail for $899,900.

Montgomery, who also was running game coordinator for the Packers, now is defensive line coach for the New England Patriots.

The five-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath house was formerly owned by ex-Packers Scott Wells and Mason Crosby. It includes a two-story great room with gas fireplace, finished walk-out lower level, wet bar, three-season sunroom, and large, 3-1/2 stall heated garage. The property includes two fenced-in lots.

Montgomery bought the house in 2016 for $483,000.

Montgomery joined the Packers in 2015 as defensive front assistant. He was named defensive line coach in 2018 and had running game coordinator added to his duties in 2022. He chose not to return to the Packers after the 2023 season and signed with the Patriots.

Montgomery was a four-year starter in college for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He attended the New Orleans Saints training camp in 2002, but did not make the team. He played three years of arena football and also began is coach career in 2003. He coached at six colleges and universities before joining the Packers. He agreed to be assistant head coach and defensive line coach for Texas A&M in 2018, but ultimately opted to remain with the Packers.

  • 4336 Hilton Head Drive in Hobart, owned by former Packers linebacker De'Vondre Campbell. The house, which includes five bedrooms and 4-1/2 bathrooms on .58 acres in the Thornberry Creek development, is listed for $929,900. Campbell was released by the Packers and signed with the San Francisco 49ers. Jill Dickson-Kesler of Jill & Co. Real Estate/Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group is the listing agent.

  • 1545 Fox Court in Hobart, owned by former Green Bay Packers strength and conditioning assistant Grant Thorne. The two-story colonial style house with four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath house, listed for $499,900. Thorne now is director of sports science for the Tennessee Titans.   • 2865 Shelter Court in Green Bay, owned by former Packers safety Adrian Amos. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house on a 1.89 acre lot on the far southwest side of Green Bay listed for $785,000.
