Faith is an important part of many people's lives. A lot of people who were either raised Christian or joined the faith on their own come to a point when they leave the religion completely, which is totally fine.

Maybe you lost a close family member to a traumatic event, and when you sought comfort in the Church a priest told you to move on because their death was necessary as part of God's plan.
