Food Network's 2021 Halloween Lineup Is Here and There Are So Many Fun Specials

It's officially spooky season on Food Network!

The channel's annual Halloween-themed programming is back and better than ever this fall, with plenty of thrills and chills on the schedule. Fans will get to enjoy new seasons of returning Halloween favorites and watch their favorite shows—including The Pioneer Woman—unfold with some extra frightful twists.

"Viewers love our Halloween lineup, an over-the-top, multi-week event full of frights, delights, thrilling competitions, and spectacularly spooky edible themed creations," Food Network's President Courtney White said in a press release. "Each year we look to outdo ourselves and with Zak Bagans bringing inspiration to the scariest season of Halloween Wars yet, along with returning favorites Halloween Baking Championship and Outrageous Pumpkins, Food Network delivers all the Halloween tricks and treats and more."

Halloween Baking Championship

The new season of Halloween Baking Championship premieres on Monday, September 13 at 9 p.m. ET. Host and comedian John Henson will welcome the new recruits to Camp Devil’s Food Lake, where they'll compete in culinary challenges that pay tribute to 1980s slasher movies. (Ree's fave!) By the end of the season, Judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall, and Zac Young must decide who has created the most killer Halloween desserts. The winner gets $25,000 and the title of Halloween Baking Champion!

Halloween Wars

Road to Halloween Wars will air on Sunday, September 19 at 8p.m. ET. It will showcase how a group of confectionary artists proved their skills to compete on the new season of Halloween Wars, which premieres directly after at 9 p.m. ET. Throughout the season, paranormal investigator Zak Bagans will take inspiration from the spooky collection of artifacts at his Haunted Museum in Las Vegas and challenge the contestants to create some scary delicious cakes. Shinmin Li, Eddie Jackson, and Aarti Sequeira will star as this season's judges, tasked with tasting all of the frightful creations and eliminating one team each episode. In the end, one of the talented teams will take home the $25,000 prize.

Worst Cooks in America: Halloween Redemption 2

Worst Cooks in America: Halloween Redemption 2 premieres on Sunday, September 26 at 10 p.m. ET. Returning mentors Anne Burrell and Michael Symon will attempt to guide four of the worst cooks in all of Worst Cooks history as they face a scary challenge: making a devilishly delicious feast. Oh, and did we mention that $5,000 is on the line?!

Outrageous Pumpkins

Outrageous Pumpkins, which was just added to Food Network's Halloween lineup last year, premieres on Sunday, October 3 at 10 p.m. ET. Host and actress Alyson Hannigan will lead the country's best pumpkin carvers in a series of frighteningly difficult challenges that test their creativity and carving skills. Judges Terri Hardin and Marc Evan will determine who has created the most haunting designs—and award them $25,000!

Kids Baking Championship: Oh My Gourd!

The Halloween edition of Kids Baking Championship premieres Monday, October 18 at 8 p.m. ET. This special episode will show four fan-favorite kid bakers face off in a Halloween-themed confection competition. They'll be challenged to create 3D pumpkin patch piñata cakes for a chance to win the grand prize: $10,000 in essential baking supplies.
