She brings her "Dharma's Kale Salad," which is loaded with sprouts that are both healthy and inexpensive. She says they help give you Vitamin A and enzymes, which she says can help skin and hair. She tells The Doctors that the kale can help your hair look its best. She also suggests instead of using oil to "massage in" an avocado to the salad, which she says provides healthy fats for your skin and hair.

Kimberly also shares her recipe for her "Mushroom Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry, which she says can be made in just 5 minutes. She tells The Doctors that the cabbage can help with gut health, which she says is linked to skin health. "When our gut is really happy, it really does shows up in beautiful glowing skin," she explains.
