Practice makes perfect! After celebrating their elopement in Las Vegas earlier this spring (without a formal marriage license), Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are now officially married. The couple tied the knot in Santa Barbara in a legal ceremony on Sunday; a few close loved ones helped them ring in this new chapter as husband and wife. The pair's first stop after the service? They immediately returned home to their children. "After they got married in Santa Barbara, they came back to L.A. to be with their kids," an insider told People. "Kourtney was beaming. She feels beyond lucky to be Travis' wife."

While the reality star and musician are now legally married following this ceremony, they still plan on having a larger celebration soon. "They had to legally get married first ahead of their big Italian wedding, which is happening very soon," a source told People. "All the details are set and the whole family, including all the kids, are very excited."

Kardashian and Barker decided to hold a small wedding along the California coast for several meaningful reasons. "They always planned to have a small ceremony just the two of them. They love Santa Barbara. Since they got engaged there, they were excited to get married there, too," the insider added.

The pair marked their beach engagement in October 2021. The proposal was a "complete surprise" for the bride-to-be—however, Barker made sure to tell her entire family that he planned to pop the question well in advance. After saying "yes" to his romantic sunset proposal, complete with roses and candles, Kardashian and Barker enjoyed dinner with their nearest and dearest.
