It's here! After much speculation about a possible new addition to Ikea and Sonos' line of audiophile-friendly products, a recent product listing on the Ikea website has confirmed that the rumored picture-frame speaker is in fact a real product from the pair of retail giants.

The product page for the picture-frame speaker, which was archived after it was deleted from the Ikea website, lists the "SYMFONISK Picture frame with Wi-Fi speaker, white" at $199.00.

"WiFi speaker and a picture frame in one makes the sound blend into the home. Choose from various interchangeable fronts, hang SYMFONISK on the wall or put it on the floor. Then enjoy fantastic sound – a collaboration between IKEA and Sonos!," a description for the picture-frame speaker reads.

Unfortunately, there is no word yet on when the sleek, new addition to the SYMFONISK line will be released. Current products from SYMFONISK include a WiFi bookshelf speaker and a table lamp with WiFi speaker.

In a previous statement, Patrick Murray, Senior Director Global Business Development at Sonos, spoke on Ikea and Sonos' ability to challenge one another.

“There’s always a tension when you are two like-minded organizations, that still have different point of views regarding the final execution," Murray said. “We challenge and stretch each other – and in the end, great things happen. Sometimes 1 plus 1 definitely equals 3.”
