Fog + Florals Make This Engagement Shoot Absolutely Stunning
I moved to the Pacific Northwest a few months ago and to say I've been struck by how stunning the scenery is would be an understatement. Sophie Epton captured it in full force with this engagement shoot and the only thing more eye catching are these two cuties. See all their smiles, splashes - and the beautiful views - right this way!
From Sophie Epton Photography... Sarah and Aaron could not be a cuter couple, or more in love! After dating for over seven years, Aaron popped the question on a romantic trip to Stockholm, Sweden. Although their wedding will be in St. Louis next summer, this beautiful couple resides in Seattle, and so we decided there couldn't be a better place to photograph their engagement! On the morning of the shoot this past August, the forecast was showing sunny skies all throughout the Seattle area, but as we drove closer to Rattlesnake Lake, the weather changed - it was windy, cold, foggy, and there was even a little rain! But Sarah and Aaron took it in stride and braved the chilly weather, even climbing up on tree stumps and wading through water. To me, the shoot turned out even more special and completely dreamy because the weather is so representative of the Pacific Northwest. It was such a magical experience that I won't forget with this amazing couple, and I can't wait to return to the PNW to photograph even more beauty in the future!
