Flower Moon 2024: Full moon will impact these 4 zodiac signs
NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – May’s Flower Full Moon is set to rise in New York City on Thursday, the last full moon of spring.
The full moon will reach peak illumination at 9:53 a.m., according to Almanac. The full moon is nicknamed the Flower Moon because of the flowers blooming in spring.
It follows other recent cosmic events, including the northern lights, which reached as far south as Florida with the help of severe solar storms.
The Flower Moon will fall in the sign of Sagittarius during Gemini season. Both Sagittarius and Gemini embody similar themes surrounding communication, travel, and intelligence.
Astrologers expect the Flower Moon to impact fixed and mutable signs, including Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, and Scorpio.
Here’s how the Flower Moon will impact the four listed zodiac signs, according to Almanac:
Sagittarius
As the full moon moves into Sagittarius’ first house, they may feel like the main character. For some, they may consider changing their current look or redefining their self-expression. Others will be called to take a step back and look at the bigger picture when it comes to their goals.
Pisces
For Pisces, there will be an extra boost of energy for accomplishing personal and professional goals. There may be recognition for work they’ve been working on for the past six months. However, some Pisces may be pivoting career-wise if their current job is not the right fit.

Gemini
Partnerships and relationships will be at the forefront for Gemini during the full moon. As the full moon moves into their seventh house, conversations can come up about making long-term plans.
Communication might also be easier in platonic and romantic relationships, and some Geminis may be setting up a short trip with friends.
Scorpio
Finances will be on many Scorpio’s minds during the Flower Full Moon, and they may be considering their finances as they plan out the coming months. On the career front, some Scorpios will receive a new job offer, raise, or side hustle. For others, they may leave one job to pursue a new one.
