Kendall Jenner has spoken: Flower chokers are a blooming trend for spring 2023.

The '90s-era choker has been back for a while now, and it's set to grow bigger come spring. Though gardens and trees are currently bare and ethereal in much of the U.S., Kendall Jenner made a botanical-inspired statement when she attended the 26th birthday of her pal, Lori Harvey, in a sheer one-shoulder, body-hugging black dress. But a tropical flower choker with a bright-red floral adornment drew the eyes upward.
