Along with the Fixer Upper franchise addition, another show is coming to the Magnolia Network soon—and it has nothing to do with home design.

Seeing the before and after of a home renovation never gets old, and that's something Chip and Joanna Gaines understand fully. The duo just announced they're bringing fans two brand-new shows to their Magnolia network—and one showcases them putting their flipping expertise to the test at a hotel.

This may not come as much of a surprise to those who follow the Magnolia Network: Fixer Upper: The Hotel is the newest addition to the Fixer Upper franchise, following the original Fixer Upper and spinoffs Fixer Upper: Welcome Home and Fixer Upper: The Castle. The new show is set to debut on Magnolia Network and Max this November with six half-hour long episodes taking viewers along while the Gaineses transform a historic building into a boutique hotel they're calling Hotel 1928.

"When you think about a 50,000-square-foot remodel—I mean, this is the big leagues," Chip said in the show's trailer. "This is what you dream about. And I think Jo and I are out of our element to some extent, but I think we're up for the challenge."

According to Variety, the couple is renovating former Grand Karem Shrine building in downtown Waco, Texas, located a few blocks from Magnolia Market at the Silos. Complete with 33 guest rooms, dining, event space, a rooftop terrace, and a retail shop, visitors can book a stay at the hotel's website now.

WhileThe Hotel gives you yet another Fixer Upper show ~fix~, it's not the only addition to the Network to watch for—and this one has nothing to do with renovating or remodeling. It actually won't involve designing or decorating at all, but dives into one of Joanna's other hobbies: roller skating. (Remember that July 2022 Magnolia Magazine cover featuring her wearing cute green skates?) She and Chip are lacing up to produce a roller skating competition show, set to be released on Max in early 2024.

“Putting on a pair of roller skates is like reuniting with your childhood. There’s just something about it that appeals to everyone,” they said in a statement to Variety. “Kids, adults and everyone in between will have fun watching these talented crews come together and skate their hearts out, and we are so excited to bring this nostalgic competition to life.”

While details on what a roller skating competition entails have yet to be released, the Network confirmed that teams competing on the series will be selected from Atlanta, Houston, Las Vegas, Nashville, New York and St. Louis.
