Fisher-Titus offering COVID-19 testing
Jul. 11—NORWALK — Fisher-Titus is now offering COVID-19 testing without a referral from a primary care provider. This testing option is ideal for individuals without a primary care provider or people looking to travel, work or visit places that require a negative COVID-19 test.
Appointments for COVID-19 testing are still required; walk-ins will not be accepted. Patients can call 419-600-2646 to schedule a testing appointment. Fisher-Titus patients can also still schedule an appointment with their primary care provider or be seen at Convenient Care and be referred for COVID-19 testing.
When arriving for a COVID-19 test at Fisher-Titus, patients should turn down Fisher-Titus Parkway from Benedict Avenue, then turn right into the first parking lot and follow the cones and the COVID Services signage directing them to the drive-up vaccination location.
Test results will be available to individuals in their myFisherTitus patient portal. myFisherTitus patient portal offers personalized and secure online access to Fisher-Titus medical records. It is an online tool that enables our patients to help manage and receive information about their health. For more information, or to enroll in the myFisherTitus patient portal, visit FisherTitus.org/patient- portal. Patients who self-schedule COVID-19 testing will not receive a call with their results.
