Netflix recently revealed first-look images of Leo Woodall and Ambika Mod in their upcoming adaptation of David Nicholls' novel One Day and have now shared the first trailer.

The new limited series from Nicole Taylor follows Emma and Dex in a love story spanning over twenty years that begins on July 15, 1988. The next morning, they must go their separate ways, and each episode finds them one year older on this particular date as they grow and change, move together and apart, and experience joy and heartbreak.

Ambika Mod has previously starred in series including This Is Going to Hurt, and I Hate Suzie, and Leo Woodall has appeared in The White Lotus and Citadel.

The two join together in the first trailer for One Day, which feels reminiscent of the show that took the world by storm in 2020, Normal People, starring Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones, adapted from Sally Rooney's novel of the same name.

One Day will land on Netflix on February 8, 2024.
