First Look and Trailer Released for Fair Play

Grand Jury Prize nominee at Sundance, Fair Play, has dropped its trailer and first look.

Starring Phoebe Dynevor and Alden Ehrenreich, Fair Play follows an unexpected promotion at a cutthroat hedge fund that pushes a young couple's relationship to the brink, threatening to unravel far more than their recent engagement.

From writer/director Chloe Domont (Billions, Star Trek: Discovery, Suits) comes her first foray into making feature films. Its Sundance debut already has it sitting at a 90% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Chloe Domont told Vanity Fair that the film reflects her own early experiences in the film industry, saying, "Why is it that even today, with all the progress that we've made, a man's success is a win for the relationship, but when it's the other way around, it feels like a threat? It felt like something that so many of us experience but are afraid to talk about and to confront".

Fair Play will release in select theaters on September 29, following its international premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. It will then release globally on Netflix on October 13.
