A First Look at the $45 Million Penthouse at the St. Regis Residences Miami

Those with a fear of heights need not apply.

A $45 million duplex penthouse at the St. Regis Residences Miami, one of just two penthouses coming to market within the tower, is split across the 48th and 49th floor (with a 50th-floor rooftop deck) of the 50-story tower. While it won’t be move-in ready for awhile—Q1 of 2027, to be exact—the penthouses are sure to be some of the most desirable in Magic City. The appeal of branded residences continues to rise, and Miami remains the branded residence capital of the U.S., with car marques, hospitality brands (like Cipriani), and other hoteliers breaking ground for standalone branded residential towers in the city.

The living room’s curved wall of floor-to-ceiling glass provides a cinematic view.

Related Group and Integra Investments are spearheading the development of both penthouses. The first penthouse to be released measures over 10,000 square feet, with a view over the Intracoastal Waterway of the ocean and toward Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood.

With a muted neutral color palette, natural materials, warm textures, and walls of glass windows, the apartment feels both cosmopolitan and beachy. This is thanks to the expertise of the building’s architect, Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), and interior design firm Rockwell Group, who were inspired by golden-age ocean liners.

The penthouse is accessed via a private direct elevator that opens to the foyer. Inside, there are nearly 12-foot ceilings in the living spaces and custom European stone flooring. It has an enormous, light-filled living room with sculptural light fixtures and a curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. While relaxing on the custom furnishings, it feels as though you’re floating above the water.

Around the corner is the gourmet kitchen, featuring custom Italian cabinetry designed by Rockwell Group. There’s an eat-in kitchen island, eye-catching lighting, and a cozy breakfast nook for more informal dining. The communal living spaces are separated from private quarters by long hallways, which makes each area feel exceptionally private.

The media room spills out to a glass-railed terrace.

There are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread throughout the home, as well as a media room. The primary suite occupies a wing of its own and is replete with a sitting room, a midnight bar, and two bathrooms with split stone-top vanities, spacious natural stone showers, and a freestanding bathtub. There are also two separate walk-in closets and terrace access.

The unit also has a 2,842-square-foot rooftop deck that incorporates a sky-high swimming pool and spa and a summer kitchen.

“The penthouse debut at the St. Regis Residences, Miami signifies a defining moment for both the development and the neighborhood, introducing an elevated level of luxury unmatched by any other residence in Brickell, while upholding the esteemed standards set by one of the most iconic names in hospitality,” says Nick Pérez, president of Related’s Condominium Division.

The building hosts 152 condos, including the penthouses, sky villas, and two standalone garden villas. Residents have access to St. Regis’s signature butler services, as well as 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. There’s a professional-grade fitness center, Pilates and yoga studios, a full-size pickleball court, a private marina, a spa, a holistic wellness center, and an indoor lap pool. In true St. Regis fashion, there’s also a St. Regis Tea Room and a resident-only fine dining restaurant helmed by chef Fabio Trabocchi, who owns Michelin-starred restaurants.
