First 'Gotham Knights' Trailer Follows the Aftermath of Batman's Murder

The CW has dropped off the first official trailer for its upcoming DC series, Gotham Knights, from Batwoman writers and producers Chad Fiveash, James Stoteraux and Natalie Abrams.

“In the wake of Bruce Wayne’s murder, his rebellious adopted son forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader," the official synopsis reads. "And as the city’s most wanted criminals, this renegade band of misfits must fight to clear their names. But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it’s ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors.”

Oscar Morgan will star as Bruce Wayne's son Turner Hayes, alongside Navia Robinson as Carrie Kelley, Anna Lore as Stephanie Brown, Tyler DiChiara as Cullen Bow, Fallon Smythe as Harper Row, Olivia Rose Keegan as Duela, Rahart Adams as Brody and Misha Collins as Harvey Dent. Danny Cannon directed and executive produced the first episode, based on a script written by Fiveash, Stoteraux and Abrams.
