Fireball Marshmallows Are The Boozy Upgrade Your Hot Cocoa Needs

From Delish

In my never-ending quest of finding new Fireball sh*t to try, I headed to Sanford, Florida, where I headed to Wondermade to make boozy marshmallows. The company makes all kinds of different flavors-champagne, whiskey, rosé-but we had to make our your beloved Fireball.

BUY NOW: Fireball Marshmallows, $7.95, wondermade.com.

As a true marshmallow lover, I had never attempted to actually make them, but it's the MOST FUN activity ever. Truly. The process is also bizarrely simple: You combine Fireball, dilute it with water, whisk in a little gelatin, and then beat the mixture is a high-powered machine (imagine the biggest kitchen mixer you've ever seen) until it's nice and fluffy - and super gooey.

The next step is when things get real fun: You pour the mixture into a sheet pan and smooth it out with a spatula - who needs to pay for therapy?! THIS IS IT, GUYS. Once you let it set, you cut the marshmallows into squares and then roll them in powdered sugar (fun fact: store-bought marshmallows are tossed in corn starch, which is totally gross).

And the final step? Dunking them in boozy hot cocoa (insert more Fireball here) and having the best. night. ever. Happy Holidays!
