Lego Star Wars fans, listen up. There’s a new collectible Millennium Falcon set designed for adults, and this one is actually affordable. In honor of the 25th anniversary of the brand releasing the first Star Wars set, it’s created a new Falcon that comes with a budget-friendly $85 price tag. And we promise it’s not a hunk of junk.
While we’ve all talked ourselves off the ledge of pulling the trigger on the massive 7,500+ piece set, its $850 price tag is seriously steep. The only other Falcon set that had been available is still pricey (it retails for $170) and is geared toward kids, which is why we were stoked to hear about this new release.
Modeled after the Star Wars: A New Hope version of the Millennium Falcon, this one is meant to be assembled and displayed, with a stand that showcases your finished project at an angle so the ship looks mid-flight. Even though this is smaller than the other two Falcons available, the 921-piece set is packed with distinctive details of the cannons, satellite dish, and cockpit.
If it’s been a while since you've done a Lego set, this one is compatible with the Lego Builder app, which allows you to zoom in and rotate the instructions in 3D, track your progress, and save digital versions of completed sets.
Add this Millennium Falcon set to your Amazon cart and have it at your house faster than Han Solo made the Kessel Run. In case you want to round out your collection, there are a few more new Star Wars Lego options that are part of the 25th-anniversary release on Amazon as well—you can even find the droid you’ve been looking for!
