We Finally Know the Name of Kim and Kanye’s Baby

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West named their new baby girl Chicago, after the rapper's home city, the reality star revealed on Twitter today.

The couple welcomed their daughter via surrogate on Monday, January 15. This marks the couple's third child together, after North, 4, and Saint, 2. They've definitely stuck to the trend of unique baby names.

In November, Kim was still worried about not having a name picked out for her baby yet. “We're freaking out, we have no name,” she told Ellen DeGeneres. But she did have an idea of what kind of moniker to give the child. “I do like different names, but short, easy to spell, one syllable,” she added.

It looks like the name she and Kanye chose ended up with longer than she planned, but Kim already picked out the perfect nickname: Chi (a common nickname for the city).
