Kristin Sudeikis, founder, CEO, and creative director of Forward__Space, is back with another exclusive moving meditation for the Oprah Daily audience. At Forward__Space's flagship location in downtown New York City and through their Virtual Hub, Kristin and the other highly-trained instructors lead sweat sessions anchored in dance, music, wellness, and sweat. Each one also incorporates moments of moving meditation, too.

"The intention for today's moving meditation is alignment," says Sudeikis in the video. "That could be alignment with purpose, that could be alignment with something you desire, that could be alignment with clarity."

Whatever it is that you'd like to be further aligned with, this moving meditation can be a tool used to help you get there.

Move with Kristin

In the video above, Sudeikis takes you through a moving meditation around the intention of alignment. She starts by inviting you to think about "whatever it is you'd like to feel you're further aligned with and call that to mind."

Then, during a series of expansive, repetitive movements, she encourages viewers to focus on exhaling and really opening your body—and mind.

The moving meditation is set to two songs. The first is an energetic beat by DJ MoMa + Guy. The second is a song by Briguel. As the music plays, she Sudeikis speaks to the idea of showing yourself in what it is you'd like to be further aligned with.

Kristin Answers Your Questions

In addition to this moving meditation, Sudeikis sat down to answer questions from Oprah Daily Insiders. This week, the questions revolved around ways to find alignment in your own life.

One Insider admits she takes forever to make decisions and asks for advice on how she can land on a decision she feels good about. Sudeikis brings up the concept of "analysis paralysis" and how if we analyze for too long, it can paralyze us. "Ask yourself how you want to feel—not what you want to do, but how you want to feel," Sudeikis says. "Do I want to feel empowered? Do I want to feel inspired? Do I want to feel nourished?" She says taking that approach can help lead the way to a decision.

Tune in to the video above for more words of wisdom from Sudeikis on this subject, along with her answer to another important question about how to make checking in to ensure you are living your purpose a more regular practice.
