‘FBoy Island,’ the Greatest Show on Television, Is Back for Season 2
The reality TV dating show field is a crowded one. There's the legacy players, like ABC's Bachelor and Bachelorette, there's new hot shots like Netflix's Love is Blind and Too Hot To Handle, and there's high-concept stuff like Love Island and 90-Day Fiance. But we're here to talk about one that doesn't quite fit into any of those categories; we're here to talk about one that doesn't take itself too seriously, and, well, just kind of makes up its own rules as it goes along. Friends, we're here to talk about HBO Max's FBoy Island, which is back for a Season 2 that will surely be filled with just as much madness—if not more—as Season 1.
For those who followed along with the madness of Season 1—in case you forgot, two FBoys and one Nice Guy were chosen in the dramatic, twist-filled end—the game will simply have to change in Season 2. You can't have a show filled with twists and turns that plays by the same rules twice. And host Nikki Glaser will be back to guide us to the finish line.
A quick reminder: we have three main suitors, women looking for love among the numerous contestants on the show. Except it'll be up to them to figure out who's a Nice Guy, and who's an FBoy. Can they figure out which ones are there for love, and which ones are looking to fill their wallet with investment capital for Crypto.com? That's the name of the game, now isn't it. Remember: if the suitor picks a Nice Guy, they'll split the $100,000 prize. If they pick the FBoy, the FBoy gets all of that money.
