My Favorite Prime Day Deal Is Back-See How You Can Basically Get Free Money and Support Small Businesses

Amazon Prime Day is June 21 and 22 this year, so it's time to start thinking about any big ticket items or staples you may want to scoop up during the sale. But my favorite Prime Day Deal actually happens before the big day. Amazon runs a promo that helps support small businesses that sell on the site. When you spend $10 on an item from a small business from June 7 through June 20, you'll get a $10 Amazon credit to spend during Prime Day. This deal is only available for Prime members.
Even if you're not shopping for anything in particular on Prime Day, there are always some deals to be had for staples. That's why I love starting with an extra $10 in my account and being able to support some smaller businesses with my money in the process. You can shop by category-including grocery, home and kitchen, toys and games, beauty and personal care and pet supplies. They also have organized the small business shops by region and by military-, family-, woman-, family-, and Black-owned businesses.
