Our Favorite New Holiday Drink: The Dirty Snowman

The name is intense in a weird way, I know. The word combination of "dirty" and "snow" isn't one that usually evokes any sense of deliciousness. But I swear to you two things: First, that this cocktail is legit and second, that the name makes actual sense (kinda).

In case you couldn't tell by the giant pile of whipped cream, it isn't anything fancy. You don't need a cocktail shaker or special glasses to make one. (And thank goodness for that!) All you need to do is scoop ice cream into mugs then pour hot cocoa and Baileys on top. It's kind of like a boozy affogato, just with hot cocoa instead of coffee. (Though a cup of joe would probably be amazing too.)
Watching the ice cream melt and swirl into the hot cocoa is mesmerizing. But more importantly, this swirlage is what makes the drink taste insanely delicious. Each sip is both hot and cold - a confusing and wonderful sensation.
As for the name ... the snowman = your ice cream scoops; hot cocoa + Baileys = the dirty stuff.
