Philips Premium Digital Air Fryer

Serious Eats / Russell Kilgore

To buy: Philips Premium Digital Air Fryer was $250, now $166 at amazon.com

Why we love it: With its smaller basket and stated 3-quart capacity, this air fryer is a great choice for crisping up a couple of servings of food. We loved its mix of digital and analog controls, including an easy-to-use knob that makes toggling the temperature and time a cinch. In our tests, it cooked food well and we appreciated its thoughtful features like built-in cord storage. And for all you history buffs, Philips actually invented the air fryer.

 • Time range: 1 to 60 minutes

Serious Eats / Russell Kilgore

Serious Eats / Russell Kilgore

To buy: All-Clad D3 3-Ply Stainless Steel Saucepan with Lid was $180, now $120 at amazon.com

Why we love it: There’s a reason we’ve recommended (and used—at home in and in our test kitchen) All-Clad stainless steel cookware for years: it works incredibly well and is long-lasting. We recently tested saucepans and named the D3 one of our favorite models. It was heat-responsive and easy to clean, and came with a lid. We liked its handle, which has an indent that runs along its length and prevented it from rolling in our palm as we poured. Plus, it’s backed by All-Clad’s lifetime warranty—making the saucepan hard to beat, especially at 33% off.

Good to Know

 • Stated capacity: 3 quarts

 • Weight: 3 pounds, 10 1/8 ounces with lid; 2 pounds, 13 5/8 ounces without lid

 • Induction compatible: Yes

Serious Eats / Vicky Wasik

To buy: Tramontina 12-Inch Stainless Steel Skillet was $70, now $50 at amazon.com

Why we love it: As our budget-friendly stainless steel skillet recommendation, the Tramontina offers solid performance at a very reasonable price point. It heats evenly and responds to temperature changes well and is induction compatible. Plus, the skillet has a lifetime warranty. There’s a reason we recommend Tramontina stainless steel cookware often: it just works and doesn’t cost a whole lot.

Good to Know

 • Oven-safe temperature: Up to 500°F

 • Induction compatible: Yes

Omega Vertical Square Low-Speed Juicer

Serious Eats / Karon Liu

Serious Eats / Karon Liu

To buy: Omega Vertical Square Low-Speed Juicer was $450, now $320 at amazon.com

Why we love it: Our favorite juicer is very rarely on sale—and we mean that. During our tests, it blew us away: it consistently made the most juice out of any model and left the smallest amount of pulp. It also had the smoothest-tasting juice of the bunch. Plus, it was easy to clean (rare for a juicer!), allowing you to pour water down its chute and run it to clean its internal parts. Its non-electric parts can be thrown in the dishwasher, too.

Good to Know

 • Weight: 11.5 pounds

 • Warranty: 15 years

 • Care instructions: Non-electric parts are dishwasher-safe

Breville Smart Oven

Serious Eats / Will Dickey

Serious Eats / Will Dickey

To buy: Breville Smart Oven was $270, now $216 at amazon.com

Why we love it: Our favorite toaster oven is on sale through April 10th (as are some other Breville toaster ovens!). It can toast, roast, bake, broil—and do it all accurately. It has a mix of digital and analog controls (we’re fans of its big, bright digital screen). It even shuts off when its timer hits zero, which is a nice safety feature. “It's become my go-to oven for almost anything I can fit in it, which is a fair amount given its generous size,” says Senior Culinary Director Daniel Gritzer.

Good to Know

 • Temperature range: 120°F to 450°F

 • Preset functions: Toast, bagel, bake, roast, broil, pizza, cookies, reheat, and warm

 • Warranty: 1-year limited

Cuisinart 4-Slice Compact Plastic Toaster

Serious Eats / Taylor Murray

Serious Eats / Taylor Murray

To buy: Cuisinart 4-Slice Compact Plastic Toaster was $90, Now $50 at amazon.com

Why we love it: While this toaster isn't the cutest of them all, it works exceptionally well. In our tests, it toasted evenly and according to its darkness settings and “handled frozen items like a dream, fully defrosting each before toasting to the correct shade.” It’s a 4-slice model, too, which is particularly helpful for two-to four-person households. We also appreciated its slide-out crumb tray and plastic exterior, both of which were easy to clean. And did we mention it’s 45% off at the moment?

Good to Know

 • Weight: 4.5 lbs

 • Capacity: 4 slices

 • Dimensions: 10.8 x 10.7 x 7.2 inches
