If There's A Book That You Feel Needs To Be Made Into A Movie Or Limited Series, Tell Me About It
I've always loved reading but within the past year — thanks to #BookTok — reading has become a part of my nightly routine and I love it.
Luckily a lot of books I've read — or have on my list to read — are being turned into movies. (For example:The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, which I'm very excited about.) On that note, I'm turning to the BuzzFeed Community to ask: which book do you desperately wish would have a movie adaptation?
I'll go first: I'm a big Colleen Hoover fan and I would love to see It Ends With Us to be turned into a movie. I'm extremely curious to know who they would cast as Lily, Ryle, and Atlas.
I mean, Atlas is described as having Greek god looks, so who would play him??
Maybe you loved going along for the mystery ride in Arsenic and Adobo by Mia P. Manansala, or you're still thinking about the heavy (yet beautiful) storytelling from How High We Go in the Dark by Sequoia Nagamatsu.
Maybe you just really want one of your favorite book series from when you were a kid to be turned into a limited Netflix series for the pure nostalgia of it all.
Or maybe you already have a cast picked out in your head of who you'd cast as the characters in your favorite book.
