My Favorite Baking Sheets Are on Sale at Costco and There’s Never Been a Better Time to Stock Up

Some kitchenware is seasonal. In the summer, our grills and griddles do the heavy lifting; our slow cookers and Dutch ovens come out of retirement every fall. But to me, the most quintessential piece of cookware for the fall-to-winter transitional period, and especially during the holidays, is a solid baking sheet. From sheet pan dinners that make weeknights seamless to enough Christmas cookies to last all throughout the holiday season, it feels like my sheet pans pretty much live in my oven on constant rotation from October to January.

As if right on cue, Costco—our go-to for everything from chicken dinners to dessert winners—announced a sale on sheet pans just in time for the season. Not only that, but the sale is on my absolute favorite sheet pan—and I've worked in bakeries and for cookware companies, so you can trust my recommendation. Here's how to get two Nordic Ware sheet pans for the price of one.

Nordic Ware on Sale Now at Costco

As a part of its monthly sales and deals, Costco is running a promotion on Nordic Ware half-sheet pans. Not only is this sheet pan my favorite, but it took home Best Value in our intensive sheet pan test, with our testers praising it for being "highly durable and resistant to warping," and a breeze to clean, as well as "reliably [cooking food] through evenly without scorching."

I have certainly found that to be the case with Nordic Ware's pans. They are sturdy without being too heavy and never do that dreaded "POP!" in the oven. I've baked many, many batches of cookies on them, and find the light color allows cookie bottoms to get golden brown at the same time as the tops, rather than burnt bottoms and pale tops. Plus, the aluminum conducts heat evenly and well, so my roasted veggies get nicely browned every time.

Well, now the "Best Value" pan's value is even better, because Costco is marking a 2-pack of Nordic Ware Aluminum Half Sheet Pans down by $4, bumping the already great price of $22 down to just $18. On Nordic Ware's website, one half-sheet pan goes for $18, so you're getting a 2-for-1 deal by shopping at the wholesale retailer. This may be the best price I've ever seen on the bundle.
