Our team here at AT loves just about everything when it comes to West Elm. We’ve put dozens of the brand’s products to the test over the years, ranging from sofas to rugs to blankets, and have consistently been wowed. The only thing that we aren’t the biggest fans of, however, is the fact that most of their pieces skew toward the pricier end. Granted, we’ve tried enough items to know that the price really does reflect the high quality, but sometimes our wallets can’t take such a big hit.

That’s where dupes — TikTok’s favorite term from the past year — come in. If you do a little bit of digging, you’ll find a slew of affordable furniture that bears a resemblance to higher-end pieces. Take Walmart’s $250 swivel chair, for instance, which could easily be mistaken for West Elm’s $700 option, or Target’s bookshelf that’s nearly identical to their Mid-Century Bookshelf that costs $180 more. This time, we’ve stumbled across a small-space-friendly sofa that looks similar to West Elm’s Dennes Leather Sofa — and it’s going for $1,200 less.

What is the Lifestyle Solutions Lavrik Sofa?

We had to do a double take when we first saw Lifestyle Solutions’ sofa. Like the Dennes, it comes in a warm caramel tone and offers the appearance and feel of leather despite being made of an animal-friendly alternative. The low-profile, retro-style shape will instantly add character to your space — but as big of a statement as it’ll make, it won’t take up too much space. At 75 inches, it’s only 3 inches longer than West Elm’s. The high density foam and included throw pillows will keep you supported, like the Dennes would, while the tufted seat provides some texture.

Though there aren’t any reviews yet on QVC’s website, there are on Walmart’s. The listing for the loveseat version has a five-star rating, with one shopper writing that it’s “comfortable and true to size and color. It fit perfectly in [their] office.” The smaller option is also available at QVC for $360. There’s low stock remaining of both sizes right now, however, so don’t wait to add one to your cart!
