It seems like ever since we spotted big, billowy sleeves among the street style crowd at New York Fashion Week last September, the beloved trend is still staying alive. On Monday, we noticed puffy statement sleeves on a number of showgoers, from blouses to daytime or cocktail dresses.

In 2018, we considered this outfit choice more of a style hack, since the large sleeves likely kept fashion people cool in the end-of-summer heat. But this time around, it's all about head-turning attention, as designers gave these sleeves even more volume or morphed their shape into interesting, sculptural silhouettes. Who knew sleeves had this much style potential?
