It's official: Margot Robbie is the real-life Barbie we all needed in our lives—and, no, not because she has an impeccable wardrobe. Or because of her ability to shape-shift into a range of different characters. And not even because she just gave us an up-close-and-personal tour of the Dreamhouse for the upcoming Greta Gerwig film. Right now we consider her a living doll—and a role model who is the opposite of plastic—because of her incredible generosity.

Fans recently unearthed an old clip of Margot Robbie detailing how she paid off her mom's mortgage as soon as she could afford it—and if you didn't love the Barbie star already, you certainly will now. "When I first started working and I was speaking with a business manager, they said, 'You should invest your money, what do you want to with your money?'" she explains in the 2014 clip. "And I was like, 'First thing I want is to pay off my mum's mortgage.'"

While that major money goal didn't happen overnight, she stuck to her promise and pocketed away a portion of her paychecks for movies like the Wolf of Wall Street. She added: "Every couple of months, I'd check in and be like, 'Do we have enough?'" Eventually, she saved up enough, did all the necessary paperwork, and paid for the $490,000 mortgage in honor of her mother's 60th birthday. "It's what any kid dreams of doing for their parent," Robbie says. "It was a big secret to be sitting on for so long, but definitely one of the best moments of my life."

We're not crying, you're crying—and you're not alone here. One commenter gushed, "What a lovely person. "Margot is a walking green flag," another fan wrote. "Everything is good about her." A third viewer kept it simple: "Margot, the truest Barbie."

Of course, Robbie isn't the only celebrity to pay her good fortune forward. Jackie Chan is reportedly donating every dollar of his $400 million net worth to charity, while stars including Allison Janney and Heidi Klum have appeared on Celebrity IOU their inner circle to home renovations. It all goes to show you that—just like Barbie—kindness never goes out of style.
