We are only four months into the new year, and we’ve already lost count of the amount of times Kim Kardashian has sparked plastic surgery speculation. The 42-year-old Skims founder has been compared to both Megan Fox and Donatella Versace over the past few months alone, while fans have also made no secret of the fact that they think she has had even more fillers and Botox.
The mom-of-four has been on an enviable vacation over the past few weeks, first starting off in London, where she took son Saint and his friends to watch Arsenal play soccer, and then heading off to Paris and Tokyo. And it’s while she was in Tokyo visiting a hedgehog café that fans started questioning her latest alleged cosmetic treatment, as they thought her lips looked plumper than ever!

Kim Kardashian’s Lips Spark Fresh Plastic Surgery Rumors In Hedgehog Café Pictures
Kim shared an eight-image carousel of herself and her children enjoying the hedgehog café on Instagram on April 4th; but the small, spiky creatures weren’t what got fans talking – least of all on Reddit!
“Her face looks so different in the first pic!” exclaimed one fan on a Reddit post discussing the pictures from the hedgehog café in more detail. “Her lips are huge!” added another. “Kim doesn’t look like Kim in the first photo and it’s freaking me out,” added another, in reference to the first picture in the carousel where she can be seen holding a hedgehog.
Other fans thought that cosmetic surgery was partly responsible for her appearance, while filters were responsible for the other part. "It’s Facetune and it’s obvious as well," suspected another fan, while another quipped, "Brought to you by FaceTune and 'trying to be relatable to stay relevant.'"
It wasn’t just plastic surgery speculation on that particular Reddit post, as many users couldn’t help but notice the Skkn by Kim founder's wardrobe – particularly the band T-shirt – which seemed to be influenced by older sister Kourtney Kardashian! "Did she steal Kourt’s clothes?" asked one fan. "Thank you! Came here to say this," agreed another. "Now Kim and Kourt are raiding Travis's closet," said another, followed by a crying laughing emoji, in reference to Kourtney's husband Travis Barker. "Oh man Kim is just straight up copying Kourtney's style now eh? Had to get in on the punk rock chic trend," said another.
Fans Detect 'Swollen' Lips In Paris Pictures
Although Kim's lips did indeed get a lot of attention in the Tokyo pictures, fans actually thought the trainee lawyer had the work done to her lips prior to leaving the U.S. a few weeks ago, as there were many comments about her "swollen" lips in pictures taken from a soccer game in Paris, which she attended prior to arriving in Tokyo.
"Whoa. In the last few pics without the shades, her face looks SO heavy. Don't know how to describe it," someone commented on a separate Reddit thread. "I think her work has yet to truly settle yet. It's giving swollen," another user commented, while someone else said: "I can’t even tell whose face she has today."
