Despite Kendall Jenner regularly being referred to as the most natural one of the Kardashian/Jenner family (although we think Kourtney Kardashian might now be taking that crown!) before and after pictures of the 27-year-old model seem to hint that she could have had a fair amount of work done over the years, even though she won’t admit to it. And now, Kendall’s fans think she underwent more “secret surgery” in the past few months, as they noticed a *huge* difference in the 818 Tequila founder‘s appearance when she attended the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party on March 12th. (Everything we write is pure speculation, of course, but let’s find out more about why her fans had these thoughts.)

Reddit Users Think Kendall Jenner Had 'Secret Surgery'

Naturally the accusations took place on Reddit, where a user posted a thread with the title, "Kendall 2020 to 2023 is like a different person," comparing a picture of Kenny at the Renell Medrano and WePresent opening preview of the Pampara Photographic exhibition in London back in February 2020 with her red carpet appearance at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party in Beverly Hills last month.

The original post with the secret surgery allegation has now been deleted (although the comments still remain!) but pictures of her at the aforementioned events will be around forever, so it's not hard to see the differences the original poster and the fans who sounded off in the comments section were talking about.

We helpfully posted the same images above to make it easy to see some of the differences the commenters were referring to! And many of the comments appear to be in relation to Kendall's eyes, which one user noted "went from foxy eyes to puppy eyes."

Comments About Kendall Jenner's Appearance

"It drives me crazy when people say 'I like Kendall the best because she’s the most natural,'" one fan said, while many others speculated about what work she could have had done recently. "Did she do hairline surgery? It looks like her forehead is smaller," asked one fan, to which one replied, "I think it’s a combination of the different hair styles plus at least one brow lift." Another fan agreed, saying, "10 brow lifts and under eye skin removal." "What procedure makes your eyes bigger?" asked one fan, adding, "Her eyes went from foxy eyes to puppy eyes," to which another fan replied, "Upper + lower blepharoplasty."

Many others branded the alleged surgery "scary" and begged her to stop. "Comparisons like these are scary! It's her own twin," said one fan, while another said, "I hope she stops now." Others assumed Kendall got a lot of work done over the pandemic, saying, "They all got so much work done during the pandemic (minus Kourt.) I guess more time at home looking in the mirror + easier to hide during recovery but sheesh is it jarring," someone else thought. Another chimed in saying, "This cannot be good long term I would think."

Emily Ratajkowski Comparisons

Others couldn’t help but draw comparisons with Emily Ratajkowski (and not for the first time!) with one fan saying, "I thought the left was EmRata for a second," and another adding, "She went from Rachel Berry to Emrata," seemingly hinting that Kendall looked like Lea Michele's Glee character in the before picture. "She resembles EmRata a little bit on the right IMO and is beautiful, but she was beautiful to begin with so not a wise investment," noted another fan. "Emrata is the surgeon's reference photo," quipped another.

Kendall Jenner Denies Plastic Surgery

Akin to many A-listers, Kendall has denied going under the knife. Back in 2017, she called the plastic surgery rumors "crazy" on a post on her website and app saying: "As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed? It doesn't even make sense. It's crazy because sometimes I feel like people just want me to lose."

"I found this Instagram page devoted to Kardashian bashing and it has a lot of followers. I don’t ever take that stuff personally, but it was upsetting me for me to look at because this person dedicated an entire page to just dissing the whole family and being like, 'These people suck.' I just felt sad for whoever’s behind it – who has the time?" she continued. "People forget that they’re talking about real people who have real feelings and actually live their everyday lives (for the most part) just like everyone else."
