Fans Think Daenerys Is the Mad Queen Thanks to Last Night's 'Game of Thrones' Episode

Hey, are you okay? Watching Sunday night's episode of Game of Thrones was more emotionally exhausting than going through a breakup, mostly because (SPOILER ALERT!) both Missandei and Rhaegal were killed thanks to Cersei and Euron being giant assholes, to put it bluntly. And in case you didn't notice, Daenerys did not...handle it...well.

Understandably, Daenerys was devastated that her second reptile-child was killed, not to mention traumatized that her most faithful friend and companion Missandei was beheaded as a direct result of Cersei and Eruon's cruelty. And now Game of Thrones fans are convinced that she's going to turn into the "Mad Queen"-aka the female version of her infamous father Aerys II Targaryen, commonly known as the Mad King due to his penchant for murdering innocent people.

It's already clear that Daenerys is losing the trust of both Tyrion and Varys. And if she truly turns into the Mad Queen and kills all the innocent people in King's Landing, it seems like the show would be setting the stage for Jon Snow to be a legitimate candidate for the iron throne. The again, Daenerys has been through a ton of rough moments in her life and managed not to morph into a tyrant, so let's not write her off completely.
