Fans Are Stunned After Seeing Before And After 'Plastic Surgery' Photos Of Kim Kardashian From 2010 To 2023

For years, fans have speculated that Kim Kardashian may have undergone plastic surgery procedures since her initial rise to fame on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in the mid-2000s, even though she has never openly admitted to such suspicions.

In the comment section of a recent post from the popular Instagram account @celebrityplastics (where fans frequently compare photos of celebrities who may have undergone cosmetic enhancements), numerous people are analyzing videos of Kardashian’s face from 2010 and 2023.

They are debating why she looks “different” in the more recent footage. While some thought it may be “due to Botox injections” that she has confessed to, a significant number of commenters seem to think that she underwent a “rhinoplasty procedure” because her nose appears altered 13 years later.

The October 29th post from @celebrityplastics included a video clip of Kardashian speaking on a talk show in 2010, and a more recent one of the reality star, 43, taken from an interview, beside it. The original post creator wrote in their caption: "I think she looks amazing but at what point will celebrities come clean with the procedures they get?⁠"

Commenters then shared their thoughts on what she "might have gotten done." One wrote: "She’s always been gorgeous. But the very obvious rhinoplasty, chin, cheek, and lip work ….. I mean come on, why is being transparent or honest about tweaks not the norm?" Another replied: "Her nostrils are actually bigger. Why would she want a bigger nose?" Someone else added: "her old nose was well suited to her face structure. her work is so well done tho." They then brought up her skincare line: "I just don’t buy that SKKN gave her this face."

While Kardashian has denied ever getting a nose job or any other major procedure, she has admitted to receiving Botox injections in her forehead and neck on Hulu's The Kardashians. She also shot down rumors that she got cheek or lip filler in an interview with Allure in August 2022, saying that her glowing complexion is thanks to a rigorous skincare routine, chemical peels and laser treatments.

In the interview, the mom of four stressed that she "never" got plastic surgery, and went into detail about her nine-step skincare line, SKKN by Kim. She shared that she’ll "do anything to look and feel youthful," but will not get plastic surgery, apparently.

Her skincare routine, she said, includes nighttime laser treatments that she uses after her four children (North, 9, Chicago, 6, Psalm, 4, and Saint, 3) go to sleep. "I really, genuinely care about looking good," she said. "I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above."

She also noted that she has "never" gotten filler in her "cheeks or lips," and that she doesn’t use eyelash extensions, either. A bit of "Botox in [her] forehead" is all she said she had in her face at the time. "But I’ve chilled, actually," she added regarding her Botox regimen.  

When asked abut her lips and cheeks, she replied, "No filler. Never filled either one, ever." Despite fan speculation about significant changes in Kardashian's facial and bodily appearance over the years (with some suggesting that she may have had more work done than she admits to), she has only admitted to receiving Botox in her forehead and neck, as well as laser treatments.
