Fans are all saying the same thing about Ariana Grande's latest makeup look
If there’s one thing we love about Ariana Grande (other than her amazing ability to hit the highest of notes when singing), it’s her classic, cool-girl aesthetic.
Many celebrities have significant aesthetics: Bella Hadid is known for her 'clean' beauty look with slick-back hair and minimal makeup, while Kim Kardashian loves a glam moment, and is often seen sporting itsy-bitsy bikinis on Instagram. But my favourite and probably most recognisable is Ariana Grande's 'soft girl' vibes and pastel colour palette.
Last year, Ari brought this aesthetic to life with her very own makeup line, r.e.m. beauty. The first drop was named 'chapter 01_ultraviolet' and it gave us the frosted futuristic dream we never knew we needed. From extragalactic highlights to cosmic graphic eyeshadows and flutter-worthy lashes, fans ate. it. up.
But fast forward to today, and fans are speculating yet another collection drop. The singer/actress/beauty mogul, took to Instagram posting a full glam mint green shadow makeup selfie which she captioned "… @r.e.m.beauty". And if this wasn’t enough to get our spidey senses tingling, the r.e.m. beauty Instagram account also posted a bluey purplish watery image, captioned "…". TBH it would make the perfect lock screen wallpaper.
Now, by putting two and two together, my maths is telling me that a second collection is about to drop. And it’s not just me who thinks this as fans are flooding the comments with theories:
One fan wrote: “CHAPTER 2 ?”.
While another said: “OMG CHAPTER 2”.
One commented: “IS IT CHAPTER 2”.
Another said: “CHAPTER 2???? OMG OMG BEYOND EXCITED”.
Another fan wrote: “SKIN CAREEEE ?1? 🧖🏼♀️”.
One replied: “skincare?”.
And someone said: “A SERUM”.
