By now, you've probably heard the news about Beyoncé's new country album. She announced her new music during the Super Bowl, and her super-catchy tune "Texas Hold 'Em" has swept TikTok. Beyoncé also released a second song, a ballad called "16 Carriages," and a full yet-to-be-named country album is set to drop on March 29.

"Texas Hold 'Em" hit the top of Billboard's Hot Country Songs, making Beyoncé the first Black woman in history to reach the top of that chart. Of course, country music fans have taken notice, and Dolly Parton herself released a statement supporting Queen Bey.

Dolly, a queen in her own right, took to Instagram to say, "I'm a big fan of Beyoncé and very excited she's done a country album. So congratulations on your Billboard Hot Country number one single. Can't wait to hear the full album. Love, Dolly."

The message got an outpouring of comments, from fans and fellow celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Brittany Spencer, Queen Latifah, and Morgane Stapleton. One question came through loud and clear: When will we be hearing a Beyoncé/Dolly Parton duet? Commenters wrote:

  • @dollyparton @beyonce collab 🙏

  • 💙💙💙 we need that collab 🔥

  • Dolly Beyoncé collab maybe? Just a thought ♥️👑

  • So you’re saying there is a collab coming yes?

  • Tour together?

Throughout her storied career, Dolly has collaborated with everyone from Elton John and Paul McCartney to Lizzo and Miley Cyrus, so we're going to cross our fingers that this happens soon!
