Kim Kardashian showed off her powerful presence in her newest magazine appearance, as the 42-year-old shared the cover image for Fortune's 2023 Most Powerful Women issue.

In the photos, Kardashian wore a bold black power suit with a loose fit. She didn't appear to have anything on underneath the jacket, and her dark hair fell down in waves to her waist.

The publication shared the cover on Instagram on Wednesday, Oct. 4, captioning it, "Kim Kardashian is reaching for the SKKY, literally," referencing SKKY Partners, her new private equity fund, co-founded by Jay Sammons.

"Kardashian is now not only one of the most famous women in the world, but a private equity investor whose experience building brands and reaching consumers on today’s platforms positions her to build the next generation of unicorns," the post continued, tagging Grace Rivera as the photographer for the cover shoot.

Kardashian also posted the photo on her own Instagram profile along with the simple message, "THE COVER OF FORTUNE MAGAZINE."

Fans loved the look, with comments like, "Iconic," "Yes queen!!! 🙌🙌🙌😫," and "Kim is an icon, deal with it 🔥."

"You look so fab," wrote another, while two other supporters replied, "You look so good?????" and "The power of beauty...🔥🖤."

Someone else was quite impressed by the cover's styling, commenting on the post, "Wow fashion style that's wassup."

In the accompanying interview with Fortune, Kardashian spoke about her confidence and what fuels her ambition, saying, “Maybe that’s part of my drive, always feeling like people have underestimated me. Maybe that’s what keeps me going."

She also revealed that she prefers taking on a lot of direct responsibility with her business ventures: "I wouldn't be involved in anything if it wasn't fully hands-on. There's no other way." Kardashian's new private equity venture, SKKY Partners, was first announced to the public last fall.
