Survivor has had some controversial winners (anyone remember Fabio?), but last night's finale of Survivor: Edge of Extinction might just take the cake. Chris Underwood was named Sole Survivor, after being in the game for just 12 measly days. Chris was voted out of the game on episode three and spent the majority of the season on Extinction Island before winning a challenge to re-enter the game.

Fans of the show are now debating his win online.

Fans are also hilariously comparing Survivor to last week's episode of Game of Thrones.

Some former players have also thrown in their two cents.

Stephen Fishbach explained his view in a series of tweets, saying that while he likes this season's twist, Survivor is a challenge where you have to "vote someone out in such a way that they'll vote for you to win. Chris never had to deal with that."

Corinne and Eliza, who were also contestants on the current season of The Amazing Race, seemed disappointed with the outcome, with Corinne calling the season "Edge of Absurd."

Brian Corridan blamed the season's theme, and not Chris himself.

And Chrissy Hofbeck didn't mince words at all.

Since fans are so disappointed with the outcome, it'll be interesting to see if Survivor will ever do anything like the Edge of Extinction twist again. However, season 39 of the CBS show is going for a totally new theme, complete with two former winners in the role of "advisors"-say hello to Island of the Idols.
