International Women’s Day is all about celebrating the accomplishments of women, eliminating gender discrimination, and female empowerment. To honor the holiday, social media was flooded with inspiring quotes, images, and videos dedicated to women on Sunday.

One that really stood out? Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared a sweet Instagram video reminding his young daughter that she “can do anything.” In the clip, Johnson explained to 1-year-old Tiana all of the reasons why she is strong. “Can you say, I’m a pretty girl?” he asked her. “I’m a pretty girl,” she said back. “That’s right, even more importantly than that, can you say, ‘I’m an awesome girl?’” Johnson said. Tiana replied, “Awesome girl.”

Next, the Jumanji actor asked his daughter to say, “I’m a smart girl” and “I’m a very smart girl,” and she answered, “Smart girl!” The Rock then wanted her to say, “I can do anything,” and little Tiana replied, “Anything!” See the precious moment below for yourself:

In the caption, Johnson wrote: “The world will one day hear from you too, my strong little love. And I can’t promise you I’ll love you for the rest of your life, but you have my word I’ll love and protect you for the rest of mine.” BRB, crying.

Naturally, fans flooded Johnson’s post about how touching the video is. “OK my heart just exploded. Tiana, we love you so much you smart, strong and pretty girl!” someone commented on the post. Another person wrote, “I melted, great dad and daughter vibe.” Other fans called Johnson “inspirational” and said that they will be repeating these affirmations in the mirror every day.

In another Instagram post, Johnson payed tribute to his second-born daughter, 4-year-old Jasmine, by posting a photo of the two cuddled up together. “Pōmaikaʻi,/” he wrote in the caption, which is Hawaiian for, “blessed.” “Blessed, strong and the world will hear from you one day.”

The Rock’s fans once again couldn’t get enough of the sweet post. “Always nice seeing how you are such a family man,” someone commented. Another person wrote “Best reason to do bicep curls, to carry that little angel around no matter how big she gets!”

Johnson also posted a photo to Instagram honoring his oldest daughter Simone, who recently announced she is following in the footsteps of her father to become a professional wrestler. Captioned alongside a photo of the two hugging outside of WrestleMania, The Rock wrote: “Respect the ground you walk, protect the name you carry and blaze your own @wwenxt @wwe path. Proud of you and as you go down the road, I’ll always have your back.”

Finally, Johnson celebrated another important woman in his life, his Aunt Dorothy, for International Women’s Day: “Sugar time! Lovely Sunday visit this afternoon, when one of my favorites, Aunt Dorothy (the pride of Macon, GA) drove up with the family to spend a little time with us,” he wrote. “89 years young and still handling business like a boss. What a life. She blessed us today with her presence.”

It’s clear that Johnson values the women in his life. His girls are very lucky!
