The CMA Summer Jam aired on Thursday, September 2, and fans still can’t stop obsessing over Miranda Lambert’s performances.

The much-anticipated three-hour televised music event featured performances by Dan + Shay, Darius Rucker, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, and more. While all of the acts were swoon-worthy, none brought down the house quite as well as Miranda's. The “Bluebird” singer performed renditions of “Tequila Does,” “Settling Down,” “Kerosene,” and, accompanied by Brothers Osborne and Dierks Bentley, “Midnight Rider.” So, it goes without saying, her fans had a lot to applaud.

It wasn’t any surprise then that when Miranda posted a clip from her “Midnight Rider” performance to Instagram, fans immediately started praising the country music singer.

“This was amazing,” Leslie Jordan wrote.

“Best performance of the night,” one fan commented.

“With so much sadness in the world, this is the therapy I needed,” someone else chimed in.

“Stole the show,” someone else added.

It wasn’t just her performance that earned accolades, though — her outfit did, too. Rather than changing outfits for each set, Miranda rocked a denim mini skirt with a rhinestone belt, fringed plunge bodysuit, shimmery sheer black tights, and black heeled cowboy boots.

“You look so beautiful!! Love this whole outfit,” one YouTube user exclaimed. “Those boots,” another YouTube user wrote, followed by a series of flame emojis.

Suffice it to say, Miranda’s ability to continuously serve lyrics and looks is unmatched.
