Fans Are Losing It Over an Incredibly Toned Kate Beckinsale Doing Yoga With Her Cat

Kate Beckinsale shared two Instagram videos of her performing a yoga routine outdoors.
In the second of the two videos, the 48-year-old performed a yoga pose while holding up her cat, Clive.
The actress regularly shares adorable videos with her three pets and her followers are big fans.
If you follow actress Kate Beckinsale on Instagram, then you already know she appreciates an intense workout—and that she loves sharing her routine with fans. In the past, we’ve been floored by her core strength and impressed by her boxing videos. But her latest post might just be our favorite. The actress shared her impressive yoga routine that included a special guest appearance: her cat, Clive.
In the first of the two videos, Beckinsale is outside in a covered lounge area with her laptop open to what seems to be a virtual yoga class. She stands over a pink yoga mat wearing white leggings, a matching white sports bra and headband, and a blue cropped tank top.
The 48-year-old begins the video in a forward fold, grasping her forearms and swinging her upper body side to side. She then slowly rolls up, grabs her left big toe, extends her leg out straight, and stands tall. She then sends her left leg out to the side and reaches her right arm out for balance, proving just how strong (and toned!) she is.
After holding the pose for a few breaths, she moves her left leg down to her inner thigh for a tree pose and moves her hands to her heart center. Finally, Beckinsale shoots her left leg straight back, extends her upper body forward, and holds a warrior III pose.
Though the yoga routine looks incredibly impressive, what really gets viewers talking is the second video in the post. The Serendipity star lays with her back flat on the mat and her legs and arms outstretched straight up in the air holding up a very special guest—one of Beckinsale’s two cats, Clive, balances up over the actress’ body.
The fluffy cat is also seen wearing an adorable white outfit, as she wags her tail happily from side to side in the air. Beckinsale then slowly lowers Clive down onto her chest, before lifting her head to give the precious cat a kiss.
Friends chimed in to comment on her impressive form and adorable workout buddy. Comedian Sarah Silverman joked about how zen her videos are and wrote, “KB, you create the best stoner content. I watch these several times through.” Fashion designer Gabriela Gonzalez sent multiple heart eyes and clapping emojis to cheer on the actress.
Others commented on the true star of the video, her cat: “floofy cat!!” someone wrote, and “Core strength that’s off the charts. How does Clive do it?” another said. “Long live Clive” and “You look amazing and Clive is a true legend,” rounded out some of our favorite fan reactions.
This isn’t the first time Beckinsale’s fluffy friends have made an appearance on her Instagram. Beckinsale regularly shares her three pets Clive, Willow, and Myf dressed up, with colorful hair, and with painted nails. Just a few days prior, she shared a post in which both Clive and Willow dressed up in pink sunglasses and a floral shirt lounging about in her home.
