Fans Are Floored After Miranda Lambert Reveals New Project on Instagram

Grammy award winner Miranda Lambert dropped some MAJOR career news on Instagram, and let's just say this holiday season is going to be one heck of a time!

The "Mama's Broken Heart" singer teamed up with fellow singers Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley for a country girl group we didn't know we needed, but we're sure glad we got. The trio had their debut performance in 2011 and fast forward a decade later, the Pistol Annies are ready to drop their first Christmas album.

Miranda took to Instagram to announce the exciting news and reveal the album cover art. She captioned the two photos with "It’s gonna be a Hell of a Holiday y’all! @pistolannies first Christmas album will be out Oct 22 💚❤️🎄."

The album titled Hell of a Holiday features the ladies looking like a Renaissance panel-painting straight out of an art museum on the cover. This will be their fourth album following their Grammy-nominated Interstate Gospel record and fans are more than ready for new holiday tunes from the trio. Fans left comments on Miranda's post like:

To give fans a taste of the holiday whirlwind that's to come on October 22nd, the Pistol Annies released "Snow Globe" as their first single from Hell of a Holiday. The talented ladies wrote the song while on a lunch break (what?!) and it's a major bop.
