Rita Ora is at Paris Fashion Week, and she’s not messing around. Rita dropped a series of pics from the Lanvin show on Instagram of herself in a naked dress, and they’re everything.

ā€œ@brunosialelli and @lanvinofficial team!! Thank you for this red dream šŸ˜ā¤ļø #RitaInParis,ā€ she captioned a series of pics from the show. In one shot, Rita models the full look while posing up against the Paris skyline and it’s hard to miss the fact that her legs look super toned.

People low-key freaked in the comments. ā€œRed is literally your colour šŸ”„,ā€ one person wrote. ā€œThis look was everything!!šŸ”„ā¤ļøā€ another said. Naturally, there were fire emojis for days.

Of course, the ā€œLet You Love Me" singer didn’t get those legs by sitting on her butt. ā€œI started working out to feel better," she previously told Shape. "And I think it’s important for women to know that.ā€

Rita said she aims to exercise for one to two hours a day and focuses on circuit training with weights, along with cardio. She also does plenty of leg days (shocker!), with lots of squats and sled pushes.

But, while she’s completely crushing it at the gym, Rita said she’s learned to be patient when it comes to seeing her results.

ā€œYou can take your time with training,ā€ she said. ā€œYou don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need.ā€ Rita said she ā€œused to push myself until I felt sickā€ but she’s ā€œapproaching it differently now.ā€ As a result, she said, ā€œI enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.ā€

Rita is also a big body-positive advocate, and she once offered up this awesome tidbit to Cosmopolitan: ā€œStand naked in front of the mirror, and say, 'I'm f—king sexy.' That's where it starts.ā€

Now, where's the nearest mirror?
