Fans Are Distraught After 'Game of Thrones' Kills Another Beloved Character

The fourth episode of Game of Thrones' eighth and final season ended on a very sad note: Missandei, Daenerys' trusted advisor, was beheaded by The Mountain atop the walls of King's Landing. (Her last words? "Dracarys." In other words, "Go f*** s*** up, Dany.")
Missandei's brutal death was orchestrated by the queen herself, Cersei Lannister, as a means of threatening Dany against flying in on her one remaining dragon and taking the Iron Throne.
While Missandei's death was shocking in the moment, we must say, things were not looking good for her after Euron Geryjoy intercepted the Northern fleet on its way to King's Landing and captured her.
As Varys begs Dany not to destroy King's Landing in her bid for the Iron Throne, our dragon-riding Khaleesi says: "I'm here to free the world from tyrants. That is my destiny, and I will serve it no matter the cost."
Well, the cost ended up being Missandei's life - and knowing Cersei, there's more to come.
Fans were heartbroken over Missandei's death, not to mention the way her Unsullied BF, Grey Worm, reacted to the sight of her severed head tumbling to the ground. Poor guy survived the Battle of Winterfell for...this?!
