The whole world knows Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles' face, and in a new picture posted on social media, fans are seeing double.

The 25-year-old, who recently became the youngest Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient, shared a picture of herself at a sports event with her younger sister, Adria Biles. And it's safe to say, everyone was quite shocked by how similar they look.

While many fans commented on how great the Biles sisters looked, with hairstylist and makeup artist Ashley Stewart writing, "Two beauties 😍😍," others couldn't help but question if the two are actually twins.

Fellow gymnast Aleah Finnegan commented, "I think I’m seeing double 🤩," while many other comments were along the lines of "literal twins" or "twinning."

Like Biles, her sister Adria was a gymnast into her teen years. Recently, she appeared on the new reality series Claim to Fame, in which every contestant is related to someone famous but must hide their identity.

Although she used the fake name Louise, fans guessed Adria's identity right away because of her resemblance to her famous sister.

Biles is currently the most decorated gymnast in history with 25 World Championship medals, winning her last two, both gold, at the 2019 competition, as reported by NPR.

And she's not just a gymnast as Biles currently has a few partnerships with clothing companies, like Athleta, and is outspoken about her mental health and career struggles.

At the 2020 Olympics, Biles withdrew midway through as a result of her anxiety and stress.

After he heard the news, her fiancé, NFL player Jonathan Owens (they weren't engaged at the time), told reporters, "I was sick for her, just because I can see her face, I kind of know her facial expressions, I can kind of read her lips and kind of know what was going on and kind of what she was telling her coach," via the New York Post.

But luckily, Biles has a great support system with her family and Owens by her side, as the 27-year-old football player said, "it was hard for me to really understand what she was going through because I’m not on that stage and dealing with those pressures and everything, but I just try to be as understanding as possible.”
