Daniel Craig stepped out sporting a brand new look, and fans can't help but think of movie characters the actor has previously portrayed where he rocked a similar style.

For a recent outing, the Cowboys & Aliens actor appeared with his golden-blonde tresses in a suave, side-parted quiff—a lengthier style on top than his usual shorter cut.

Craig showed up to attend the Clooney Foundation for Justice's 2023 Albie Awards at New York Public Library on Sept. 28 in New York City donning the suave new look, and it seems it was both well-received and well-loved on the 007 star.

In photos from the function, the Layer Cake star can be seen posing alongside his wife Rachel Weisz, looking debonaire as ever in a dark blue satin-lapel suit and bowtie combo. The Dead Ringers actress, for her part, was just a chic as her hubby, choosing a black and silver sequin dress.

Across social media, fans couldn't help but express how much they feel the longer 'do "suits" Craig.

Some likened the smooth look to that of his Knives Out movie character, writing, "Classic Benoit Blanc move" and “Getting ready to play Benoit Blanc again, it appears.”

“I love his hair that shade,” another on Instagram added. “It suits him… as does the blue suit.”

Two more gushed, "His hairstyle looks great and he can definitely pull that new look off! 🔥" and "Wow! New hairstyle on Daniel.😍 looking good!!! 🤩."

Next up, Craig—who retired from playing James Bond following 2021’s No Time to Die—is set to star in director Luca Guadagnino’s upcoming romantic period drama Queer opposite Drew Starkey.
